Setareh Delzendeh is a multidisciplinary artist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 25 years of experience in visual arts, video, and theatre design and directing. She is a member of the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association (OEATA). She holds a BA in Theatre Design from Art and Architecture Azad University in Iran, completed Film Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), and is a graduate of the CREATE Institute, where she completed an advanced, post-graduate level training in expressive arts therapy.

She is the founder and artistic director of Godot Art Productions and a former artistic director of the Tirgan Festival at Harbourfront Centre. Her 2010 production Homeland was nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Outstanding Sound and Music Composition. She has collaborated with leading theatre companies in Canada and contributed to national and international film productions.
Since 2021, Setareh has been practicing expressive arts therapy, offering workshops and individual psychotherapy for immigrants and newcomers, children, families of children with cancer, artists, and individuals seeking deeper connection, belonging, and emotional healing. She has facilitated community-based programs in Toronto and Innisfil in collaboration with Innisfil Library, ILFO, COSTI, and Small World Music.
Her work integrates expressive arts within a psychotherapeutic framework, drawing on visual arts, sound, movement, puppetry, drama, storytelling, and mindfulness to support emotional processing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
