About Shandra
Their own wordsHi, My name is Shandra and I am a registered provisional psychologist at Wholesome psychology. My practice focuses on supporting youth, adults, and couples. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds—through crisis line support, education and foster care settings, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach to care. In my work with individuals, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients create meaningful change in their lives. When working with couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to support healthier communication and deeper connection. I look forward to supporting each client on their journey toward growth, healing, and resilience.
