He incorporates Functional Range Conditioning training system to promote healing, optimal mobility, flexibility, functional strength and acute/chronic pain relief. He also has additional training in Vestibular Rehabilitation where he helps clients with vestibular/inner ear dysfunction to regain balance and stability, crucial for daily life and physical activities.

His practice is deeply rooted in the promotion of mind-body awareness or mindfulness which is one of the key components for healing. Believing that true recovery begins with understanding how we hold tension and stress within our bodies, he focuses on helping clients recognize bracing and holding patterns that can contribute to pain and dysfunction. By guiding clients toward greater self-regulation and awareness, he empowers them to actively participate in their healing journey, fostering long-term well-being and resilience.

He continues to take courses annually to stay on top of his skills. But, he also believes that work experience of a therapist will not matter if they are not present on the day of treatment, which is why self regulation is important and it’s a responsibility. His personal experiences with past injuries also helped him become more cognizant of the healing journey.

An avid athlete, Shardul plays tennis regularly and competes in local and regional tournaments across British Columbia, showcasing his passion for staying active and fit. When winter arrives, you can find him snowboarding at Big White in Kelowna, enjoying the thrill of the slopes and the beauty of the outdoors. Beyond physical activity, Shardul maintains a regular meditation and breathwork practice, which complements his holistic approach to health and wellness. This practice, along with a love for hiking and spending time in nature, underscores his commitment to awareness and the connection between mind and body as he continues to evolve.

Living with his wife and a beloved mini golden doodle, Shardul embodies the balance of professional expertise and personal passion, striving to help clients achieve their health goals and lead fulfilling, active lives.
