I specialize in helping clients manage family conflict and dysfunction while considering cultural values and
generational expectations. In our sessions, we will work together to uncover the root causes of your
challenges and develop a path forward for positive change. My approach is informed by CBT, family
systems and attachment theory.
In addition to my foundational approaches, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR). This powerful therapeutic technique can be especially beneficial for those dealing
with trauma and distressing memories. EMDR helps clients process and integrate these experiences,
leading to reduced emotional pain and a greater sense of empowerment. By incorporating EMDR into our
sessions, we can work together to facilitate deeper healing and faster progress on your journey.
I believe that therapy is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. And when you connect with the right
