Sharon has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 22 years, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004. She employs a variety of modalities to help improve the outcomes of her patients, including Myofasical Release techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and Swedish Massage. Sharon is an avid cyclist, and competes in road races, with the Tour de Gastown as her 2026 goal. She has had a long history as a runner, and has also dabbled in triathlon. The importance of staying active in her personal life greatly motivates her desire to help a patient return to the activities they enjoy.

Your RMT will review your symptoms, jaw movement, and any history of pain, clicking, or headaches.
