SaveLife is stressful and change is tough. Sometimes we all need a little help to process our thoughts and feelings and to help us see what steps we'd like to take.
I believe change occurs when connection is present. My role is to work alongside you to bring about the change you want to see.
For over 16 years, I have worked with children, youth, and adults in a variety of settings. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work Practice and utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach.
