Prior to your Massage Therapy treatment, we will go through a movement and postural assessment to break down your gait cycle, joint alignment, movement patterns and posture in slow motion. (video). We will discuss some of these findings in person before the treatment, Post treatment, a thorough break down will be provided and sent to you via email. This assessment can highlight potential injury risk, sources of pain and tightness and the overall efficiency of your musculoskeletal system. From here we can go over some options for movement plans to get you moving more freely and pain free.
