Previous Counselling Experience
Before I began my private practice in relationships and couples counselling, I was a contract counsellor for the BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BCSPCA). My work there focused on counselling employees whose high-stress job took a toll on their relationships.
I have, therefore, developed an interest and expertise in helping people in emotionally demanding jobs improve their relationships. Without counselling, the relationships of many of the people I have helped would not have survived.I understand that many of us live and work in high stress careers or life circumstances, and I am here to help ensure that these pressures do not negatively affect your personal relationships. In fact, I’m here to help your personal relationships grow, regardless of external stressors or pressures.
Relationships are at the core of who we are and who we would like to become. Through counselling, I can help you navigate the relationship journey and develop a better love.

90 min - $250.00This session is suitable for new couples entering in to Couples Therapy or regular clients. This is the minimum amount of time for Couples Therapy sessions. With two people you will be surprised at how quickly the time flies!
120 Mins This session provides the couple extra time for more intensive work, and for those couples experiencing a current crisis in their relationship.
This Session is for those clients wishing a one on one with me as an individual. These sessions are suitable for singles wishing to understand difficulties in their romantic relationships or for couples that would like to address personal history, and family background issues prior, or during Couples Therapy.

“Starting Out: How to Build a Relationship That Lasts” is offered in-person at my offices in Ladner or White Rock, BC – or online. Clients come to me from Ladner, Tsawwassen, North Delta, South Surrey, Richmond, and Langley – and meet me online from anywhere. The 3-hour personalized, one-on-one course ( with a short coffee break) with the option of two follow-up sessions for an additional $180 – a 50% discount from the usual fee (the first follow-up session is in 6 months, and the second is in 12 months).
