Shimoor is deeply passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced
trauma and complex mental health challenges. She is committed to creating a safe,
inclusive, and compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in
their healing process. Drawing on a trauma-informed approach, Shimoor integrates
evidence-based practices that honour each person’s unique journey. Recognizing that
therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, she tailors treatment to each individual based on their
needs and goals. Shimoor has completed extensive training in trauma, attachment, and
mental health to help her guide clients toward resilience, self-understanding, and lasting
emotional well-being.
