###Physiotherapist I’m a physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences from McMaster University. I’ve had the privilege of working with patients recovering from sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing the everyday aches and pains that life throws at us. No matter the challenge, my goal is to create a positive, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that recovery works best when it’s a partnership. I use a person-centered approach that combines manual therapy, soft tissue release, activity modification, and exercise therapy to help patients feel better and stay better. Initially, I focus on reducing symptoms and making daily activities more comfortable. From there, I guide patients through a progressive exercise program designed not only for a safe return to the activities they love, but also for long-term injury prevention. I’m committed to lifelong learning, and I continue to take advanced courses to refine my skills and bring the latest, evidence-based techniques into my practice.
