Shreya is a dedicated Registered Kinesiologist with advanced training in physiotherapy and a strong interest in evidence-based rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland and a Bachelors of Human Kinetics from UBC-O. She brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement, injury management, and active rehabilitation. Shreya is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, build strength and confidence, and return to meaningful activities through personalized, goal-oriented care. Her approach is based on movement analysis, exercise prescription, and client education. Shreya values building supportive, collaborative relationships with her clients and is committed to ongoing professional development as she prepares to complete her physiotherapy licensing in Canada.
