Shy is a graduate from the Massage Therapy Program at Eastern College, finishing her program with honors.
Shy has found it fulfilling to treat conditions from acute to chronic and is open to anyone that may walk through the door. With expertise in Cupping, Swedish, deep tissue and Indian Head massage Shy brings a diverse skill set to her treatments, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

She is determined to help build a treatment plan together that is best suited to help achieve your goals and get you back to doing the things you love.
Shy has learned how interconnected the mind and body are especially when it comes to the healing process. She is passionate about the beauty of human connection and making sure to create a comfortable atmosphere that works with you to give you the best treatment.
In her free time, Shy can be found enjoying the simple things such as reading and attempting new recipes. Shy loves to listen to podcasts and musicals especially as she immerses herself in the beauty of the outdoors! She spends tons of quality time with family and soaking up cuddles from her dog Mabel.
