What is Reclaimed Vitality?
- My 4 month online course is now available for self-study.
- There are 6 Main Modules; We will learn all about the Nervous System (hello Polyvagal theory), Dis-ease, Adaptability, Alignment & Flow (sound familiar ;) ), our internal/external ecosystems and how to heal & nourish our Roots versus just managing symptoms.
- These Modules include videos, written info and handouts to learn.
- The Self-Study course does not include the Q&A sessions. These may be booked separately as available.
- The In person course will have one 3-4 hour day of live in person instruction.
- There is a private Facebook group as well for community support.
