Simran Narula is a Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults, children, teens, and their families. She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counselling degree from Medaille College and has received extensive training in multimodal approaches to psychotherapy. Additionally, Simran holds a specialty certification in play therapy from the Canadian Association of Child and Play Therapy (CACPT).

Simran’s therapeutic work is centred on addressing trauma and posttraumatic experiences across all ages, in addition to a broad range of other clinical concerns. She also conducts psychological assessments and treatment for post-Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) clients, as well as psychoeducational testing and assessments for students.
As an invaluable member of the Mills | Gosse Psychology team, Simran combines her wealth of experience with a deep, caring approach, bringing dedicated support to every client she serves.
