60 minute hot stone massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. Please be aware that this is not a relaxation massage. This technique utilises hot stones to treat a broad range of issues such as stress, headaches, pain, sports injuries, whiplash, as well as many others, coupled with usual RMT treatment methods such as manual therapy, joint mobilization, rehabilitative exercise techniques along with a focus on patient education. Your practitioner may also use contrasting cold stones during the treatment to stimulate blood flow, decrease inflammation and pain.
