The initial consultation is our first visit together where we'll do a deep dive into your current health concerns, wellness goals, past medical history, family history, and your diet. We'll also discuss multiple factors which can impact health such as vitamin, mineral and essential fatty acid deficiencies, dehydration, stress, lack of sleep and exercise, digestion, and hormones. My job is to collect an entire symptom picture in order to carefully select homeopathic remedies which most closely match your case. At the end of the visit, you'll go home with a treatment plan specifically designed to address your health concerns so you can finally start healing and feeling your best.

We will process your payment at this appointment and send you home with your test kit—this is Step One. We’ll also walk you through accessing your online profile via my MHTenergetics website, which links your information to your samples before they are mailed. Step Two involves you completing the sample collection at home—this only takes a few minutes—and returning them in the provided prepaid envelope. Once your results are ready, typically within 2–3 weeks, we will meet again (virtually or in person) to go over your report, answer your questions, and provide a personalized support plan based on your results.
