Sophie graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College in 2023. Born and raised on Vancouver Island.

- When she's not working she can be found reading, hiking or hanging out with her cats.
- she grew up playing hockey and exploring the great outdoors
**CLINICAL SPECIAL INTERESTS**
- She enjoys working with all populations including pre and post-natal treatments, injury rehabilitation and maintenance for chronic conditions.
- She enjoys collaborating with patients to create a unique treatment plan.
- She primarily uses Swedish techniques, active and passive release, neuromuscular and MyoFascial Release techniques during treatment.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
