Clinical Pilates is a safe way to return to exercise after injury or pain and is suitable for individuals with osteoarthritis, chronic low back pain, prenatal or postnatal concerns, pelvic health issues, or postural problems.

A pelvic floor physiotherapy pessary session is a specialized appointment to fit a pessary device. A pessary is a medical silicone device that is inserted vaginally to help manage symptoms of prolapse or stress urinary incontinence. The session is performed by a pelvic health therapist who has done additional certification in pessary fitting and management of a pessary. The session will involve a history taking, assessment and fitting as well as other pelvic health treatment as necessary. It make take a couple of trials to find the pessary that is the best fit for you.
The pessary device is billed separately from the session. and requires a prescription from a doctor. The device may be covered under extended healthcare benefits.
