Their own wordsSourav has been practicing physiotherapy since 2008 in both hospital and outpatient settings. With over a decade of experience, he brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the team. He is licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Sourav has extensive experience treating neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiothoracic conditions. He believes strongly in preventive care and the use of exercise regimens to address musculoskeletal injuries. His treatment approach includes evidence-based techniques such as the Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Approach, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques.
Currently pursuing further education in manual therapy, Sourav is continuously expanding his clinical skills to provide optimal care. He also plans to pursue certification in acupuncture to further enhance his treatment capabilities.
Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English, he connects easily with a diverse range of patients and communities.
Outside of work, Sourav is passionate about fishing and looks forward to exploring Alberta’s fishing season.
