She has an eclectic approach to counselling, drawing on various skills, training, and experiences. Stacey strives to work collaboratively with individuals in creating goals and achieving new skills which can bring meaningful change, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Therapeutic approaches that Stacey uses include Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy, all the while coming from a trauma informed lens.
Please Note Stacey sees clients 14 years of age and older.
