About Stella
Their own wordsNot sure where to begin? That is more than okay. I see therapy as a space where we can sit with what’s uncertain together, in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and meaningful. At the core of my work is a deep belief in human resilience, especially in people who have had to navigate more than their share. I support individuals, couples and children and adolescents (age 7+) experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and challenges related to emotional regulation and personal growth.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, and existential therapy. More importantly, I orient myself to you: your story, your pace, and your lived experience.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a management consultant. I’ve been profoundly touched by witnessing human moments in everyday life, even in places that were designed to be transactional. Those moments shaped my desire to support people in times of crisis and in the times in-between. This often looks like self-reflection, growth and possibility.
Wherever you are in your journey, it is a privilege to meet you there.
