SaveSteph (they/them) is a registered massage therapist with experience in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, pregnancy massage and scar work. As an RMT, they recognize the importance of calming the nervous system to help relieve areas of tension and pain. They do this by blending techniques that are evidence-based and intuitive, ensuring each treatment is delivered with a grounding presence, patience, skill, with the client's goals in mind. Steph deeply values a safe and inclusive treatment space and prioritizes a collaborative relationship so each client feels seen, heard and involved in achieving the desired effect to each treatment.

45 Minute appointment. Appointment time includes time for intake and assessment to best create a safe and effective treatment plan for you, followed by a 40 minute massage. Great for focused treatment to 1-2 areas of the body.
1 Hour appointment. Appointment time includes time for intake and assessment to best create a safe and effective treatment plan for you, followed by a 50 minute massage.
90 minute appointment. Appointment time includes time for intake and assessment to best create a safe and effective treatment plan for you, followed by an 80 minute massage.
a perfect treatment to hone in and focus on one area of the body (head and neck, feet etc).
Treatment time best used to address 1-2 areas of the body or full body massage. Appointment will include discussion around treatment areas, client goals and consent to ensure a safe and effective treatment. Followed by 40 min massage.
This one-hour massage therapy session includes a brief, targeted assessment and discussion of your goals followed by a tailored massage treatment (full body or focus areas)
Recommended for your first appointment (but not required). Includes an in depth intake conversation to assess your goals in treatment. Intake is followed by a 60 minute massage.
