Stephanie Carrasco (she/her) is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. A graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Stephanie believes that every treatment should be tailored to the individual, combining clinical knowledge with a compassionate, intuitive approach to care. She incorporates a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, and relaxation massage to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, manage stress, and support their overall well-being. Stephanie also has a special interest in paediatric massage (3+) and is passionate about helping children experience the benefits of safe, therapeutic touch. Stephanie values creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly listened to. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, navigating pregnancy, or simply looking to reconnect with their body, her goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that meets them where they are. Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys dance, spending time in nature, cooking, and exploring holistic wellness practices that deepen the connection between mind and body. She is excited to welcome clients in Victoria and looks forward to being part of their health and wellness journey.

Tui Na Massage is a Chinese style of massage that involves stretching, rubbing, pushing, rolling and kneading to support the body's vital qi, relieve pain, heal injuries and reduce inflammation. Acupressure points are incorporated and pressed along meridians to unblock stagnant qi and improve circulation. This treatment is invigorating, energizing and relaxing. After 30 minutes of Tui Na Massage, the client will receive the NADA protocol of 5 needles in the ears. This protocol is extremely regulating for the nervous system, regulates stress and calms the mind.
