My areas of practice include supporting those with hormonal imbalances, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, perimenopause, menopause, and various fertility concerns, as well as eating disorders and disordered eating, fueling for sport/sports nutrition, and managing insulin resistance. I also have a passion for helping folks with ADHD with meal planning and managing medication, appetite, and dopamine! I love to share tips for grocery shopping on a budget, and easy meal planning tips! I am passionate about working with clients on the root cause instead of just the symptoms. I believe that health is more than just a number on the scale, and I strive to help people heal their relationship with food and their bodies through realistic and sustainable nutrition & lifestyle changes.
