SaveLosing my father at sixteen shaped my desire to support others through their hardest moments. I began my career in Child and Youth Care, working with marginalized children, youth, and families, and later became an elementary school teacher. Now, with a Master of Counselling, I draw from my background in education, grief, mental health, and trauma-informed care to meet clients wherever they are on their journey.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I see therapy as a space where we walk together working toward deeper understanding and growth.
Whether you're navigating loss, change, or simply feeling a bit lost, my goal is to offer a compassionate space where your story is honoured and your strength rediscovered.
