Growing up in Kelowna, BC. , I spent most of my time being active, playing a wide variety of competitive sports, primarily focused on track and field. With my combined experience as an athlete, and as an RMT I have begun to truly understand the importance of preventative and rehabilitative health. As an RMT, It is my belief is that assessment, patient education and empowerment are essential when it comes to providing individuals with the best possible treatment outcomes. I use a wide variety of modalities and techniques including (but not limited to) Deep Tissue , IASTM/Scraping, and Myofascial Release. I am passionate about treating TMJ Dysfunction, headaches, sports/athletic recovery and performance, general wellness/stress relief and maternity care. Outside of Massage Therapy, I love spending time outdoors, cycling/Spin Cycle, strength training and baking!

The stones are placed on specific points on the body and may also be used by the practitioner to apply pressure during the massage.
