SaveStephanie has been practicing for 20+ years as an RMT. She has developed a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, the treatment of headaches, migraines and chronic pain. She can assess and treat many conditions, Steph has a deep knowledge of balancing the bodies structures and using myofascial release to enable optimal balance and strength.
Now residing in manotick, she enjoys balancing a busy young family and getting out to enjoy many seasonal activities. Including lots of experience in skiing , boarding, cycling, BMX, and swimming.
Stephanie looks forward to helping her clients meet their health goals and share her experience and knowledge.

During this appointment, your RMT will continue with your treatment plan discussed at your initial intake.

Want to try something different? The ancient art of the Indian Head Massage is offered by the one and only Lisa! She offers a signature style of the Indian Head Massage that focuses on calming the mind and relaxing the body. This ancient practice has been used in India since around 600 B.C. and can prevent headaches and migraines, release tension in the head, neck and upper back. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in alternative health industries but is not an RMT, please note that the IHM is *not covered by extended health benefits*
