About Stephanie
Their own wordsHello, I'm Stephanie and I am a registered provisional psychologist at Wholesome Psychology.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I bring both practical knowledge and an educated approach to healing. Much of my work has been alongside individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence. My background includes working for several community organizations, including a residential treatment centre for survivors of sexual abuse and organizations that strive towards a future free of gender based violence. I continue to
be guided by a strong commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care. I work with children, teens, adults, seniors, and couples from all backgrounds.
My intention is to create a safe space where people can slow down, speak freely, and reconnect with themselves. The work I have done and continue to do is guided by a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal and grow.
