Trauma, Couples & Mental Health Counsellor
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, families, and teens can feel heard, validated, and empowered to create meaningful change. I believe every person’s journey is unique and work collaboratively to help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop tools for improved well-being.
With experience supporting trauma, mental health concerns, anxiety, relationships, and general wellness, I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, and Gottman Method couples counselling. I also support parents of neurodiverse children through compassionate, practical strategies.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have been providing counselling services since 2020. Additional training includes EMDR, trauma-informed practice, Indigenous cultural safety, CBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Collaborative & Proactive Problem Solving.
