My interest in Massage Therapy began with my passion for holistic health and healing. As a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, I like to shape my treatments to the individual and their personal goals, while still encouraging an emphasis on relaxation. I believe relaxation is an integral part to healing any form of injury and can be easily overlooked. Some of my treatment modalities include joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, pre natal and Swedish massage. Whether you’re experiencing chronic headaches, general tension, insomnia, sports injuries or any form of musculoskeletal ailment, I am honoured to accompany you along your path to reaching your goals.
