About Stephanie
Their own wordsNavigating emotional, relational, or life transitions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying more than you can put into words. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, grounded, and safe to explore your experiences at your own pace.
I believe that healing begins with connection. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with the impact of past experiences or trying to rebuild in the present, you don’t have to face it alone.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples working through trauma, PTSD, relational challenges, sex and intimacy concerns, desire discrepancies, emotional disconnection, anxiety, depression, and caregiver burnout. I also work with seniors navigating life transitions, identity changes, and loss. As a PACT-trained couples therapist, I help partners deepen their emotional bond, improve communication, and create healthier patterns within their relationship.
My approach integrates a blend of evidence-based and expressive therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based strategies, somatic approaches, attachment-focused work, and art-based therapy techniques. These tools help clients process experiences safely while reconnecting with a sense of agency, regulation, and resilience.
Whether you are healing from the past, strengthening your relationships, or rediscovering your own inner stability, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and support.

“Your first session is a gentle, supportive starting point focused on understanding you—your concerns, your goals, and what’s been weighing on you. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your personal and relational history, current stressors, and what you hope to gain from counselling.
This session is paced with care and guided by your comfort. There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. Together, we begin building a safe, trusting relationship while identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your needs, next steps, and an initial plan tailored to you.”7 optionsIntake Session - ChildNew patient
