The three pillars of evidence based practice incorporates clinical experience, research evidence and patient values. I have a masters of medical science which allows me to critically appraise research evidence to stay up to date with the best available evidence for practice. I am a clinical educator for Queen's University and have worked extensively with high performance athletes such as NHL, CFL, OHL and NCAA athletes. Lastly, I am goal oriented and patient focused with my treatment approach, using an assortment of treatment techniques such as neuro-functional acupuncture, spinal manipulation, myofascial release techniques, sport-specific biomechanical analysis and appropriate modalities to achieve the result that the patient desires.
