Sue’s early career focused on rehabilitation for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries and acquired conditions. She supported children transitioning back to school, youth preparing for adulthood, workers navigating return-to-work plans, and seniors regaining independence in daily life. Over time, her expertise has expanded to specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sue provides tailored strategies for executive functioning, sensory and emotional regulation, fine motor and printing skills, and developmental needs.
As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, Sue takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, designing personalized strategies that align with each client’s unique goals. Whether assisting with assessments, reintegration into school or work, or preparing for transitions to higher education, Sue believes that every step of therapy should be empowering and affirming.
"Empowerment comes from understanding the journey, discovering strengths, and unlocking potential. Together, we can create the pathways to thrive."
Beyond her professional work, Sue finds inspiration in creativity and nature. Whether crafting in the pottery or stained glass studio, experimenting in the woodshop, or kayaking on serene lakes, she embraces lifelong learning and exploration. This passion for growth and innovation shines through in her practice, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge, personalized care that fosters success.
