AjouterBorn and raised in the Okanagan, I’ve always had a deep connection to nature, movement, and wellness. Growing up playing volleyball and basketball—and spending weekends dirt biking—I developed an early appreciation for the importance of staying active and taking care of the body.
My passion for holistic health led me to graduate from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in November 2021, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist shortly after. In my practice, I strive to create effective, personalized treatments that integrate a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Having completed my Yin yoga teacher training, I also enjoy guiding clients through stretches and mobility work as part of their home care to support long-term wellness.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me in the mountains- camping, dirt biking, hiking, or spending quality time with my family.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those without insurance, or for anyone who has used up their benefits, to enjoy a treatment at a reduced rate—while also supporting Nicole in gaining valuable hands-on experience.
