With over two decades of experience as a mental health therapist, Susan offers a compassionate and holistic approach to emotional healing and inner transformation. Her approach is gentle yet empowering, creating a safe space for those navigating trauma, grief, stress, chronic illness, or life transitions.
Susan specializes in mindfulness-based therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and emotional resilience. She meets each client with empathy, presence, and respect, helping them reconnect to their own inner wisdom and access peace and clarity while facing daily life challenges.
Personally, and having overcome years of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and self-doubt, Susan brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her sessions.

Susan’s Story
Having grown up near Ottawa, and living in four provinces, I can now happily call Calgary my home city for over two decades. During down time, I love listening to music, singing, meditating, reading, spending time with my children, painting, exercising, and taking walks in the sunshine.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to join with Tina and the team at Nurtured Learning.
