Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Susannah, and I am a Registered Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with 28 years of experience.
I treat patients of all genders in all things pelvic and general physiotherapy, as well.
I teach pelvic health courses to physiotherapists and am an assistant instructor for Foundations Health AN-IMS dry needling courses. I also teach at the UBC Masters of Physiotherapy program.
I am passionate about helping people with the following concerns:

Prolapse, incontinence, pessary fitting, urgency/frequency and pain, constipation/diarrhea, incomplete evacuation
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pelvic girdle pain, abdominal diastasis, preparation for birth, education about perineal tears and prevention strategies

Pelvic pain, vaginal or penile pain, sexual pain, pain with penetration

Bladder frequency urgency, incontinence, vulvar/vaginal discomfort and pain

I use a combination of motor control and therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Imaging Ultrasound, IMS/dry needling, and education to help problem solve your concerns. I work collaboratively and through a biopsychosocial and trauma informed lens.
