Before becoming a practitioner, Sydney trained and worked as a professional contemporary dancer. Her background in movement led her to teach barre and Pilates
over the past seven years, and it continues to shape how she approaches the body, seeing it as something interconnected, adaptable, and capable of change with the right support.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Sydney in the studio teaching barre and Pilates, taking a dance class, thrifting vintage home decor, and snuggling her dog, Pamela!
