Sylvia McMyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Throughout her studies, she developed a strong interest in active rehabilitation, human movement, and the connection between physical strength and overall well-being. As a Kinesiologist, she is dedicated to helping individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs, rediscover their confidence, and embrace movement as a tool for growth and fulfillment. Her approach focuses on improving mobility, building functional strength, and helping clients view their bodies and abilities through a lens of possibility rather than limitation. Sylvia is passionate about helping people realize their full potential, guiding them to move with confidence, strength, and purpose to support individuals in living stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
