Tabitha Legere is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care that supports each patient's unique health and wellness goals. She completed her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in Barrie, Ontario, before returning home to Victoria, British Columbia. Drawing on years of education and extensive clinical training, Tabitha provides evidence-informed, patient-centred care with a focus on helping patients achieve their individual health and wellness goals. She is committed to ongoing professional development and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Her treatment approach combines myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic Swedish massage to create treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing. Whether patients are seeking targeted pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or overall wellness, Tabitha tailors each treatment to meet their individual needs. Tabitha has a special interest in supporting prenatal and postpartum patients and is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and wellness through massage therapy. She is passionate about helping patients manage pain, reduce muscular tension, and improve mobility through individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans that support optimal function, recovery, and overall well-being. Outside the clinic, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful Victoria area.
