Taha Bosch is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who completed his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. He has experience providing individual, group, and family counselling across community and post-secondary settings, supporting youth, young adults, and adults facing a range of mental health and life challenges. As a young, immigrant, Muslim male counsellor, he aims to create space for clients of these backgrounds and others. He enjoys working with clients across the lifespan. Taha has a particular interest in supporting youth and adults navigating identity, life transitions, anxiety, family dynamics, and questions of direction and belonging. He also brings sensitivity to cultural, spiritual, and systemic influences that may shape a person’s wellbeing. Taha offers individual counselling (in-person and virtual) using an integrative approach grounded in humanistic, systemic, and cognitive-behavioural frameworks. His style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, balancing reflective exploration with practical tools for managing emotions, relationships, and life stressors.
