Tahireen Kaler holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a minor in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. Her academic background provides a strong understanding of how anatomical and physiological limitations, particularly in chronic disease, impact function and quality of life. Driven by a passion for human movement, she pursued a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in England, where she developed advanced clinical reasoning, a solid foundation in evidence-based practice, and hands-on experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. With over five years of experience in private practice as a physiotherapy assistant, Tahireen has been able to develop a well-rounded and adaptable approach to assessment and treatment. She integrates her theoretical education with clinical experience to deliver personalized care tailored to each patient’s individual goals. Tahireen is committed to a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on long-term function, prevention, and overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys dance, the gym, and exploring new ways to stay active.
