AjouterTania Suzuki is a warm and collaborative counsellor who brings over 30 years of experience in body-mind practices to her work. She helps people facing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship struggles, and life transitions feel more grounded, resilient, and in control. With training in therapies like IFS, AEDP, ISTDP, and somatic approaches, Tania will help you build tools for emotional regulation and get past your own blocks, while honouring your lived experience.
Tania is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Quadra and McKenzie location.
