Tara received her Masters in Counselling Psychology, at Athabasca University, BA in Psychology from the University Of Victoria, and has over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a variety of life challenges. As a registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified Meditation Instructor, **EMDR Basic Practitioner, and OCD Expert**, Tara takes a holistic approach to counselling and wellness where she can apply a variety of modalities to therapy sessions. Her experiences include working in numerous counselling settings; private sessions, school districts, provincial prisons, First Nations Communities, and the BC Schizophrenia Society. Tara works with OCD and Anxiety, Trauma, relationship struggles and daily life stressors. Her clients value her calming and soothing presence. Areas of Specialization include EMDR, OCD, and Couples Counselling. **PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS:** Tara is registered in good standing, as a clinical counselor with the BC Association of Clinical Counselors.
