AjouterRooted in a love for health, wellness, and community, my journey as a massage therapist began with the encouragement of my grandparents and a deep desire to support others on their path to healing. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011 and soon after found myself drawn to creating something more than just a clinic — I dreamed of building a sanctuary.
In 2014, I opened Knots RMT Wellness in Kitchener: a multidisciplinary practice that grew into a thriving, welcoming space over the next 10 years. My vision was always clear — to create a place that felt like a home away from home, where every person walking through the door would immediately feel safe, relaxed, and able to truly let go. A place where being your authentic self wasn’t just accepted — it was celebrated.

In 2024, I followed my heart north and opened my second — and now sole — location in beautiful Owen Sound, Ontario. It had long been my dream to live and work in this community, and making it my permanent home has been an incredible and grounding step in my journey.
In my treatments, I offer a light to firm, moderate pressure, always working intuitively and drawing from my certifications to support the nervous system and help ease the body into a place of true rest and healing. My approach is gentle yet intentional — designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors — golfing, hiking, running, biking, swimming, or simply spending time in nature. I also cherish time with my family, my animals, my partner Eric, and enjoy crafting, video games, and quiet moments of creativity and connection.
Knots has always been more than a wellness space — it is a sanctuary, a home, and a heartfelt invitation to come as you are.

Prenatal & Postnatal Registered Massage Therapy Treatment provides you with ultimate comfort and ease while you're with us. This treatment can be performed in side line (with you lying on your side) or with our pregnancy pillow. This treatment is performed by massaging the face, neck, head and scalp. Your therapist will use specific techniques such as lightly pulling, twisting, shaking and stroking the hair. We recommend this treatment for anyone who is suffering from high stress, poor sleep or just wants extreme relaxation.
Receive 20-30 minutes of cupping followed with a massage to help flush out and detox the body from what the cupping treatment has brought to the surface.
Indie head massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, scalp, and face. It uses a variety of techniques to help relieve stress, muscle tension, headaches, insomnia, and jaw dysfunction. It’s also known for promoting hair growth and ridding the body of toxins while creating a sense of well being. We use warm oil all over your scalp for a relaxing and great experience. This treatment is ideal for those who are experience an over active neurological system to promote relaxation and restoration. This treatment allows for a 45 minute indie head massage and 15 minutes to work on any other area of the body that you'd like.
