Teressa is a compassionate, intuitive, energetic therapist who understands life can be challenging and overwhelming. Teressa’s treatments include a wide range of very gentle to deep tissue techniques, including: CranioSacral & TMJD, nervous system integration, trigger point therapy, somatic therapy, myofascial release, Swedish relaxation massage, and active modalities to name a few.
