Tianna McCay
Tianna McCay is a Provisional Psychologist with a passion for helping children, teens, families, and adults navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and went on to complete her Master’s degree in School and Child Psychology at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax.
With experience in both psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions, she works closely with individuals and families to develop a deeper understanding of each person’s unique needs. Through these assessments, Tianna is committed to recognizing and honoring the individual differences of each child, teen, and individual. This ensures they receive personalized, evidence-based approaches to help them understand their needs, build coping skills, improve self-esteem, grow emotional resilience, and address any underlying concerns.
