You wake up feeling frustrated and trapped, and unable to have a fulfilling and purposeful life.
As a Master's of Arts Degree in Counselling intern, we will explore your demotivation and stresses at school, dissatisfaction at work, disconnection in your relationships, confusion about life goals and direction, and lack of passion and interests, and I help you restructure your internal compass to allow you to live a happy, peaceful, meaningful, and calm existence.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach, to help you identify beliefs and perspectives that may be hindering you. We will use problem-solving strategies and outside-the-box thinking to help you overcome your fears, sadness, loneliness, and frustrations. I also use Expressive Arts Therapy to help you process your thoughts and emotions that may be difficult for you to express verbally so that you can make sense of and heal your limiting life experiences in a healthy manner and make decisions and actions towards intentional living.
