Hey, I'm Tiffany. I am a registered psychiatric nurse with over 8 years of experience working with mental health and addictions.
It can be overwhelming trying to navigate your mental health. Whether you're starting from the beginning or have begun this journey, I'm here to help you feel empowered in your healing. As a registered psychiatric nurse I can assist you in navigating a new or established diagnose, Medication management, coping mechanisms and more. Life can get pretty heavy, and we all need help sometimes. With a person centered approach, my goal is to help you take steps to improve your life, without judgements of where you have been or where you are now.
Please note as an RPN it is not within my scope to diagnose or prescribe medication
