Tiffany uses a variety of techniques and an evidence-informed framework, all in the context of helping patients achieve their health goals. She has treated a wide variety of conditions and patient populations, and has a specific interest in treating distance runners along with overall stress management and wellness. Her main goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed after your treatment. Having previously worked in a multidisciplinary setting, Tiffany will often refer to other modalities that she believes will help her patients with their personal goals. In her spare time, Tiffany can be found running, reading a book, or documenting the antics of her cat Charlie.
