Previously, I have worked with adults in homeless shelters experiencing difficult life transitions and those struggling with addictions. I also work with youth who have behavioural issues in a mental health rehabilitation centre. I have my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Based on my experiences and education, I have garnered an empathetic perception of the uniqueness of each individual’s life struggles. I am a caring, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental psychotherapist with several years’ experience working in the social services field. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and my role as your therapist is to serve as a guide as you work towards your goals.
